wohngeldhilfe.de supports consumers in the digital creation and submission of housing benefit applications. The actual decision on the application rests with the responsible housing benefit authority. Approval of housing benefit cannot be guaranteed by our service.
§ 3 Remuneration
Our service is free of charge until housing benefit is approved. Upon successful approval, we charge a one-time success fee of 5% of the first annual sum of the approved housing benefit, invoiced after receipt of the approval notice.
§ 4 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Sending your withdrawal to info@wohngeldhilfe.de in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
§ 5 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered seat of wohngeldhilfe.de.
